Corn Hill Arts Festival. This weekend, the historic corn hill neighborhood will celebrate the 56th annual corn hill arts festival. The corn hill neighbors association board of directors is pleased to announce that this year's corn hill arts festival will take place on july 13 and 14, 2025.
The event fills the streets of rochester’s corn hill neighborhood with entertainment, food and vendors. Saturday and ends at 5:00 p.m.
